RETURNS & REFUND POLICY  

RETURNS  

Ecologiq Business Private Limited, Deliver Within 48 Hours of the delivery date, you may request a return of the purchased item.  

The product that was purchased must fulfill the requirements listed below in order to be eligible for a refund and return:   
 

Accurate Item:  

The product, brand, article number, and barcode must all match. It is not acceptable to remove or damage the MRP tag.   
 

Complete Product:  

All of the products should be returned if the item is part of a combo or includes an add-on.   
 

Unused Item:  

Only if the purchased item is unopened, unwashed, unsoiled, and fragrance-free will it be accepted back.   
 

Undamaged Product:  

The only items that can be returned are those that are intact and free of rips and holes.   
 

Tag for MRP:  

The product's labels have to be on it and undamaged   
 

• There will be no reimbursement for using any promotional voucher (Gift Voucher & Discounted or any other offer voucher).  
• Only after the product has been received and a quality check has been completed will refunds be started.  
• If the goods don't pass the quality check, the refund process won't start.  
• In order to uphold the greatest standards of safety and cleanliness, we are unable to accept returns for masks.   
   

REFUNDS   
Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used for the original purchase. After we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
